Vintage Bath & Home

Vintage Bath and Home storefront showing its current brand identity and a bathroom campaign
01 / The project

The work
in context.

As Search Engine Manager at American Bath Group / Vintage Tub & Bath, I managed $10M+ in paid media across search, social, affiliate, and marketplace channels. The work connected acquisition with gross margin, inventory, and contribution economics. The company now presents itself as Vintage Bath & Home; this current storefront capture provides brand context for the role, rather than a historical record of its design.

A few details

What the work involved.

01

Media economics

Scaled in-house ROAS to 350% from a 250% agency baseline while maintaining spend levels, using margin and inventory information to inform media decisions.

02

The affiliate program

Expanded the affiliate program 250% year over year through partner growth, promotional planning, and active program management.

03

The in-house team

Grew the team from 2 to 6 specialists and developed reporting across analytics and ERP data to connect channel activity with business performance.

Project note

My remit covered the media budget, the partner program, and the team behind both.
